How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data collected through our services (including WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram interactions), please send an email to:

Include in your email:

Your full name
The platform where you interacted with us (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram)
Your phone number or username associated with the interaction

What We Delete

Conversation history with our AI agents
Contact information collected during interactions
Any appointment or order data associated with your account

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it and send you a confirmation email.
